Civil Mediation Services
Services are provided to parties in any civil case filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Services are not provided under this program to family, probate, traffic, criminal, appellate, mental health, unlawful detainer/eviction or juvenile court cases.
The services include: mediation, conciliation, facilitation, and is provided through private non-profit and public entities. Any fees charged are based on a sliding scale and no fees are charged for the indigent.

Youth Mediation Services
Eligibility:
Youth, ages 10 through 18, from the Los Angeles County Area are eligible for our Youth Mediation programs. They can refer themselves or be referred by others, including schools, counselors, parents, police, probation officers, courts or retail stores.
Our Services Include:
- VICTIM OFFENDER MEDIATION gives the youth, parents, and the victim the opportunities to “make right” the youth’s crimes and become accountable for the youth’s actions.
- FAMILY MEDIATION opens the lines of communication and understanding between youth and parents in conflict.
- SCHOOL MEDIATION allows students to be accountable for delinquent behavior, tardiness, and other school-related issues.
No fees are charged to any parties.
